History

Born by the desire for a union of professionals dedicated to the legal life, based in the island of Santo Antônio of the Municipality of Recife of the State of Pernambuco, The ALVES DE MELO ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS is located just a few minutes away from the main judicial, political, and fiscal institutions of the Brazil´s Northeast Region in the State of Pernambuco, such as the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region, the Pernambuco State Court of Justice, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, the State Treasury Secretariat, the American, Chinese and German Consulates, and the Northeast Development Superintendence - SUDENE. which serves as a great facilitator for the efficient monitoring of the processes defended by the office. And, in order to follow litigation outside the Metropolitan Region of Recife, the office has a corresponding network throughout the Northeast region in order to provide customers with the same service offered at the headquarters of the capital of Pernambuco. Founded in 2007 by Professor João Alves de Melo Jr. The law firm is composed of a multidisciplinary team that has the daily mission of achieving extraordinary business results.
